Without acknowledgement deduct my balance
R/s sir, i m ur customer from last 4yrs .i had 5 Rs. per day deduction plan for idea_GPRS.It has deactivated without my knowledge and my 550 Rs also deducted for using of gprs .i called to c_care they told it has deducted for gprs using charges and now u hv zero rental plan. i hvn't mind for it. ...
