Defective furniture products and poor service

I had purchased a bedroom set from Ideal Funitures in Goregaon. They first delay delivery of the product. The setup of the bed was a mess as the person trying to do it was in reality struggling to do it. He messed most of the finish!

In less than a week the bed has broken down and even though they have promised a 5 year warranty, they just dont turn up to provide any level of service. The quality and service is really pathetic and I wish someone could help me take some serious action against them.
