SMS Charges

Sir i am holding idea mobile connection for the past 5 years. Only in these three months they are sending some GPRS messages. Just by clicking any key in the mobile even without opening the message also they are cutting Rs. 100/- every time. On calling their customer care, they are accepting their mistake but not crediting the amount cut. This has happened twice. And on roaming my balance was low and i could not make any calles. The situation was embarassing. Kindly take strict action on idea mobile. Now when i try to contact the customer care they do not pick up the phone, instead they are asking me to give sms which was also tried, but there is no response. Please take immediate action on them.
