Poor customer care service in kerala

I am using idea gang card. The old scheme. My land land line call charge is Rs 1.20. I called Idea customer care for change of plan to general plan. But that fellow told he has no idea about plan change. And ask your friends. Very poor customer care. So i threw away idea sim and took Cellone connection.
