Deductions of Unnecessary Charges

Dear All

I Mrs. Manorama Pokhriyal want to make a complaint against the Mobile Company Idea as i am using there number which is 919702988115 from quit sometime, but one day it was my mistake i except it i press the button and got the call tunes service activate after that i have send so many sms to deactivate the same but still its not happened and still today these people are deducting the money from my prepaid mobile phone.

Please help me to resolve this issue from this company.
