IDEA MOBILE
Deducting money without availing facility

I have Idea Mobile connection. On which several time we get charged for facility not subscribed by us, when we get canccelled on customer care, next week we get charged for some other one.

I have made complain for refund also but no one help. What can be done to stop this.
