Giving wrong information to custome

I am using idea prepaid service and i was called to idea regarding idea GPRS service and i asked them about weekly plan and she offered me Rs 35 plan and she told me surfing is free but you have to pay if you are download extra things from website but she gave me wrong information that surfing is charged and they deduct surfing money from my balance and thats againts law that comany is giving wrong information to customer and make them fool and now the are argue with me thats your fault
