Deducting money for unsubscribed package

Yes, these people are really fraud's who always interested in making money. one week ago, i passed through the same situations. on 6 june they suddenly deducted Rs.30 for a sevice which they say will reduce std call rates. i am registered in the national dnd 4months ago and when i asked them how the plan get activated, they say i had call on my phone and i choosed it. i never had such call. they say they will refund it within 12hrs. but nothing happens. when i again called them, they said i had activated another plan, not this one. r they try to help us or to cheat us? please reply how should i get the refund or where to put my complaints. i am also fed up with their custmer care..
