No prior notice that my sms pack completed

i used idea gsm mobile connection, i also used combo pack service (2000 free sms & detailed bill) that is given by the company. last month i used all my 2000 sms and my sms pack was over. but i not received any massege or call from the company that my sms pack is over and now i have been to pay the charges of sms. and i used my sms continually. so company add 400 extra charges in my Idea mobile bill.

so please help me what can i do now. i cant pay these extra charges.
