Activated BGM when not applied for it

I have an Idea prepaid SIM of number 9922373695. Some Background Tone has been activated on my number even when i had never applied for it. I don't remember my previous account balance, so don't know how much have I been charged for this unrequired service.

This is not the first time when such thing has happened. Even before this a Dialer tone was activated on my number, for which i had not applied. I lost my money that time. Even afer calling the Idea Customer Care and informing them about the case my account balance was not reverted. They just informed me the code to deactivate the service. But why should I pay for something I don't want in first place.

This is a very cheap method to extract money from customers. First of all loose your money to this unwanted facilities and then waste your time on deactivating them.
