Eduction of money for unused service

Sir,

I am Arun T V a working journalist from Kerala. I used the idea service for the last two years with the number 9961505353. Nearly two week before I select a dialer tone which I want to pay 15 ruppee as subscription charge and 15 as tone selection charge. I was selected the dialer tone in 1st of September. At First day the company deducted Rs. 15 as ma subscription charge and after 10 and 5 each in two times as tone selection charge. That means I already paid for the service. But today they deducted Rs 26 without any reasons. When I tried to contact to customer care there is no option to discuss my complaint with a customer care executive. After that I tried to deactivate my dialer tone. But the deactivation number which is a toll free one is not working in ma phone. All other numbers are working at the same but the replay from the number 56765 (which is the deactivation number) is network error. What can I do now. I can't change my number because all my contacts are based on this number.
