IDEA MOBILE
6 month old connection disconnected arbitratly

Dear sir,

I obtained an idea mobile connection No.9781711974 six - seven month ago from M/s Goyal Stationery sector 9 Panchkula. Later I paid Rs. 60/- to Idea mobile for getting calls @ paise sixty. I received a message on the phone that address proof etc are again required to be submitted with idea office Mani Majra Chandigarh. Yesterday when I visited them for the same I was roughly behaveared by the two official of idea mobile office. I was told that I should forget pre-paid connection and for post paid I wouldlike to give all the papers again and Rs. 250/- for connection charges. This is unfair. I have already submitted the required paper with theirapproved dealer mentioned above than why this harassment to me. I require the connection to be restored with immediate effect.
