I have been an idea customer for 2 years now.of course there were problems before but now i think that my passiveness at that time gave idea the "wrong idea" that they can stoop so low to a level that they believe that they can get away with anything.i had activated background music but as it was of poor quality i called up customer care and asked them to cancel it.its been over a year but still every month idea deducts money for that service which i dont use at all.the last two weeks idea has lost it completely.for the last two weeks i recharge and when i try to make a call i find that my account balance is in -amounts.no sms for what the sum was deducted most of the times.three days back i had Rs 9 left at night.in the morning i get a message that Rs 5 have been deducted.but my account enquiry showed -9 Rs.i thought 9-5 is 4.idea thinks otherwise.how to talk to a customer care officer? before there was an option for that under number 9 in the menu.but now there is nothing of that sort.idea is digging its own grave.vodofone is in the engaged in the process and it seems that idea doesnt like to be far behind and is fast catching up .bsnl is improving day by day.i guess the only reason i dont throw away my idea sim is that all frnds know this number.but my patience has its limits.if idea doesnt want to help itself who can? koi idea hai, sir ji?
