Idea mobile connection
Without information 1 Rs. less per day from last 1.3 weeks

Dear Sir,

I am extinng customer (approx. 5 yrs.) of idea mobile company my pre-paid mobile no 9911459887 (I-CARD SCHEME).

From last ten days they are deducting Rs.1.00/- per day. I am requesting to Idea customer care to resolve the problem, But there not positive response from them. My idea connection is good. MY I-CARD SCHEME: (My Call charges: idea to idea 00.60 paisa / 11:00PM to 7:00AM Idea to idea 00.10paisa. other network 1.00 Rs. Message 00.25 paisa.) WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGES & CONDITIONS. but Last one & half weeks they are deduct 1.00 Rs. per day.

Customer care executives are not helpful about above problem.they say it is YOUTH PLAN, it's not true. I am fell to understand what is going on. Please Help!
