Idea mobile postpaid customer
Ill paid but not deducted from account and non reciept of bill since last 10 months after several complaints

I m a idea mobile postpaid customer and using the service since last 2 years. In the month of june i had deposited the bill amount of Rs.700 to the local idea office that is pavni communication hardwar but after some time i came to know my amount is not being deucted till now and outstanding balance is being shown regularly.lot of complaint has been filed to the local office and customer care and no body is taking pain to settle the account now again i had deposited the amount of Rs.700.because company is charging Rs 100 per month from me for the late payment. also i m not receiving the bill since last 10 months.from the company.
