Deduction of GPRS rental without activating

In my mobile GPRS Net 20 plan got activated without my knowledge. Executive from Idea care spoke to me to give information about the plan and asked me send SMS for activation on 23rd of sepetember, which was not done from my side. They started deducting 20/- rupees on daily basis. On my suspection on 26th of september, when I spoke to customer care & came to know just because of talking initially plan got actevated. Then I asked to deactivate it, Inspite of deactivation they still deducted money upto 28th of sepetmber.
