IDEA WHICH IS BAD/UNFAIR TO CUSTOMERS

This has reference to a call from no. 919891905653 by a lady who introduced herself as SHWETA calling from IDEA. She wanted to know if I have any complaint or problem to talk to her about. I explained to her that I have been charged for service of GPRS @ Rs.20/- per day which is not leviable as I never needed this service and therefore I never aplied/asked for or even told by any executive that this service is being provided to me. I was unaware that I am being charged for something I do not need nor I have applied or asked for. Then she questioned me that what do I want? I said reimburse the undue charges levied on my mobile no. 9911433441. I got a curt reply It is not possible.

I want to know why did she call me in the first place?

Is it your way of doing business to be discourtious to your subscribers to inflict wounds and then put salt in their wounds?

IDEA has fleeced me of my hard earned money. Thereafter instead of remedying the wrong you tell me in terse manner to bear the loss and yet remain you loyal subscriber. IT IS A SHAME TO IDEA CELLULAR.
