Auto subscription for mymusic49

Hello sir/madam

I have not subscribed idea Mymusic49 facility. They themself started the facilty and debited Rs. 49/- for the of month Jan-09.

I am countinuesly trying to make call to customer care, but no one is attending my call.

I don't know what is the plan for which i have been subscribed how to use it and know how to deactivete this plan etc.

Now today they again debited Rs. 49/- for the month of Feb-09 for the same.

I am very frusted and want some serious action against then and the amount they debited from my account must be revert to my account agin and must deactivate my subscription for Mymusic49 right now.

For this i want your help please do something.
