Idea net setter
Complete incompetence, denial of service, lying and stalling tactics

I write this out of concern for any customer that might want to register for the Idea net setter scheme. I registered on the dec 12 and am still am not able to access the internet. Service both by the chinchwad department and the technical team has been dreadful.
