Slow Speed

Dear Sir,

This is request to forward my complaint to IDEA about IDEA Netsetter. Its speed is very very slow. It is not only non useful but also against the committment done by IDEA..

I purchaged it just a day before by paying Rs 3250/- . I need its replacement.
