Very very very slow and horrible.

I purchased an Idea high speed internet connection i.e.net setter high speed EDGE/GPRS Mobile internet wireless Net Setter and promised data speedup to 236.8kbps and Iam getting 0.00 to 1.23 kbps., no response from the company after complaint to IDEA (WHAT A BAD IDEA sirji) please suggest what to do???

they didn't have any values.once customer took the connection, it is suicide for him.they want to sell the modems lying with them.no response from customer care, distributor.really it will change our lives with their Z-Class service and Speed. What an Idea.think so many times before taking.check in your known circle 3 to 4 days.
