Idea Netsetter
Very slow speed

Myself Harsh, purchased Idea Netsetter just 7 days before, but I am very disappointed with its speed, its hardly upto 15kbps. I cann't open 2 tabs in Internet explorer at a time. Customer care is also not supported. What should i do?
