Wrongly charged for Net Sette

Dear sir/madam,

Kindly note that i am being wrongly directed by your gallerly executive from bhandup west gallely. they told that if i take a plan of rs 599 I cam excess internet free bening a promotional offer but i came to kkow that my money was being deducted about rd 80 plus for surfing. Is it fair to deduct the amount from my balance, after that i contacted your customer care they told me that your service will be activated in 48 hours time, since i have used this service the amt is deducted. kindly note whom should I blame myself or your executive. note that i have being cheated .will i get back my money back, pl reply me or whom should i contact in mumbai for my greviences
