Refunf of Money

I Sandeep Gamre, booked one Idea Netsetter by chq on one months back. The salesman said that your Idea net setter will get activated withing one weeks time including varification time. But as on 11.5.09 still my netsetter is not getting activated. So on point of not keeping promise that card will get activated within weeks time, I demanded refund of Rs. 2490/- said amount. But still I am not able to get any call for refund. Idea is very poor telephone servicing brand of India.
