Respected Sir,

I have purchased Idea Netsetter before 4 months from Idea. According to rules they have confirmed the address by visiting my address. My phone number on which I have purchased sim for Netsetter is 9624098894. I have mentioned address of my residence for the same. The address is: -

502, Gopinath Residency 2,

Behind St. Xavier's School,

St Kabir School Road,

Naranpura,

Ahmedabad.

Since i have purchased the Netsetter for surfing internet, i have hardly got access to net at the address i have mentioned. On complaining to the company, the told that coverage in that area would be the same and there are no near future plans of increasing the connectivity in that area. I can surf internet anywhere else in city, but at the address for which purchased the thing i am not ablet to access.

I have repeatedly emailed them, even i have contacted nearest customer care centre from where i purchased the instrument, i got the same reply from everybody. My main question is that if i could not get access in that area, than why was i given the connection, even after confirmation of the address. I have not got any satisfactory reply from them. even after less usage i am getting regular bills from them. And i m paying the bill without being default.

I request Sir, to you to see to this matter, as I am badly harrased in this matter. I have all the emails which i got from them. They clearly mention the same.
