Dropping and slow speed

Hi i have taken ur idea net setter recently and its rubbish i have call number of times to ur customer service and logged a complaint but no response iam loosing my buisiness and i will write about this to media and get IDEA expose that ur fooling customer where there is no customer service very slow and dropping rusbbish product which no oen should buy i will never recammand IDEA to any one as no satisfaction it taken 20 mins to speak to somebody and who ever we speak he makes me feel that he is my boss in other words IDEA COMPANY is BULLSHIT i regret my self that i pruchase ur NET SETTER
