Net surfing problems

I have purchased idea net setter device three months before and plan was about to deliver the surfing speed about 236 kbps but it is delivering only the speed of .5 to 4.62 kbps only. And calls are also dropped often. That causes a lot of problems . and noone responses in the proper way. I guess every customer would be facing the same problem. I beg u to take some stern steps. If they are promising the speed of 236 they should atleast deliver the speed of 100 kbps. please do something. We will be highly thankful to you.
