Very slow connection

I have purchased a USB data stick for wireless internet from Idea. The agents' contact numbers are: 09848004206 and 09848004956. While selling the product, they have promised me that it will give a speed of 236 kbps but after installing the product, I am getting a maximum speed of 8 kbps which is drastically lower than their promised speed. After that, I have approached the so-called "Customer Care" 5 times, but they are just postponing it everyday. This is nothing but bluff. After receiving my complaint (the fifth time), they have registered it and have also provided me a complaint reference number which is of no use at all. They have promised that my problem will be solved by 6th of October, but till now they have done nothing. I have also subscribed for Rs. 500 prepaid plan for which I would get unlimited browsing facility for 30 days. Out of 30 days, 7 days have already gone in vain. Please help.
