Idea net setter

Dear Sir,

I have Idea Net setter, 1 month ago. Having unlimited plan. I live in Proper Khandwa. My home is 2 km. range of khandwa. My business is totaly Internet based so i take net connection. But I don't have proper Network, Speed, or service. When i complaint at local Idea office, they registered my complain and time 48 hours but no solution of my problem. After this again and again I complaint Ideae coustmer care in Khandwa or Indore also they tell me only one thing just 24 -48 hours wait. I suffer alot. I also pay 1000/- Bill per month but no service provide themselves.

In some areas of my city it work properly but in my area there speed is very slow. Please tell me what can I do. Tell me about my previllages,
