NO SERVICE TO CUSTOMER

Following are my experience, so all new buyers please take care

1. While taking a new connection, provided an old set / instrument

2. No receipt for initial payment done Rs.2990/-

3. False discounts like 1st 3 months 1GB free for a plan of Rs299 pm of 500 MB free

4. Very 1st month if you use more than 500 MB, you are billed at an excess rate / MB

5. Zero coverage / signals and no representative will rectify the same

6. Your system will be diconnected but rental and bill will be continuing.

7. Finally a legal notice for not paying the dues inspite of all the above mentioned mental torturing

done to the customer.
