Disconnected line without informing me

I have purchased My Idea netsetter Data card bearing No. 9702014424 on 24th of September at Ashirvad Enterprises Bhayander (West), and got activated 2 days later. The Idea representative Mr. ravi Kumar (Mob. No.9987128865) had visited my home for varification by my sister in law. but suddenly since thursday Idea has disconnected my net setter even without bother to call me citing reason for negative varification report. When I tried to call Mr. Ravi his mobile is reaching out of order. I have even complainer Idea customer care but without any result. I have purchased 2 month unlimited plan for Rs.2850. This is my first such worst experience with My Idea Service. I asked them to restore my conection but they are not paying any importance to my problem. I demand full refund from Idea. Will go for other service if needed I wish stern action to be taken against My IDEA mobile services
