Call Cente

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Idea net setter user and I subscribed service from Idea in noida city.

When I call to customer care center for the bill inquiry through another mobile service provider (airtel).

They are not picking the call. While airtel charge for this 6 rs per call.

I have been trying since last 3 days but no customer executive is not picking up my call.

My Airtel number from which I am calling to Idea customer care service senter is 9717900452.

Please help me.
