Connection not getting activated

I took an idea postpaid connection past 3 days b0ut is has still not got activated and the person who gave me the connection is not receiving my call.. i paid him 699rs at the time of taking my sim card. my sim no is 89910432010806208527 and i was suppose to get my mobile no as 9891123492 . and the person who gave me my sim card is Mr Nittin (9911949009) and the agent who delivered me the sim card and took 699 rs along with all my required documents is mr raj (9911356053) i want a answer why i was committed wrong. i was a satisfied airtel customer and thought idea will give me a good service but see how idea is starting service.

i want a call from idea and answer why is this happening?
