Call drop Echo problem

I have been facing a call drop and echo problem from last 40 days. I have logged official complaint at Idea call center on 18th november 08 regarding the issue (complaint ID 59127789). However there are no action from IDEA side.

I called up IDEA call center on 8th dec 08 three times. Every time i called the CC executive said that there are no issues from there side and problem is with my handset (which is not the case as i use 3 or 4 different handsets) and when i demanded to transfer the call to manager, they put me on hold and subsequently dropped the call.

The impact of this issue is that whenever i am making a call and echo or calldrop happens i could not talk to other party, however idea happily charges me for it.

Please let me know what kind if action can be taken from my side
