Deactivatins phonecalls for commercial adds

About 15 days ago i filed a request at IDEA through customer care executive on phone for deactivating the advertise massages & phone calls from idea. They give me a communication ID (56255357) & say it will be deactivate in few time.

But it is not deactivated till now & also getting at least 5 calls a day just for advertisement even in late night.

When i again contact them with my communication id through message service they say your Communication id is not valid.

And these adds are now also disturbing me.

What to do now, i couldn't understand.

plz help.
