Deactivation of dialertone without any intimation

Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Sushil Ostwal and my prepaid no. is 9990886564. I called u to custmer care on Feb.8 for the information of DND but he deactivated my Dialertone while I did not say anything about my dialertone. After that i called, Mr. Sorabh attended my call and talk with me very Doubtfully. Again I called and talk with Supervisor Mr. Deepak. He checkout my feedback and made promise to Reactivate my dilartone whithout deduction of my account balance. After that I waited for 2 days but unable to get any rivert. After that I talk to Mr. Sarabjeet. Vinneet, Deepak (Supervisors) so many time but they not denied me but did not give any sufficint answer.
