New tarif plan

In Feb month I have recived many calls from 9911004258 named Ajay, he is working an Idea costumer care and he is offered me a very attractive plan. i am agreed with that and I call him to send his authorized person to my home. He meets personally to me in my home and I gave him Rs. 650 cash and fill a form, he said to me that tody evening or tommorw morning this tarif was activate to your phone but till i am waiting to update my tarif plan. after that I trying to calling to Ajay but their r no response I am calling to customer care to but there r no respose.

So please do the needful.
