Need to block my idea prepaid sim card

Hi,

I have lost my idea sim card (Mob no. 9011195258)

Please block it asap and try to help me in getting a new sim card of the same no.

My balance was Rs 1500 in my prepaid account. I also want the transfer of the same to my new sim card.

Please help asap.
