Deduction of amount without any request

Dear sir,

my mobile number is 9990659951. it is a prepaid connection. today by 12.26 pm i recharged with Rs.222 topup. at this time my total balance was Rs 228.20. after some time i found that about rs 100 had been deducted from my account. while asked to customer care, i was told a tarriff deduction of Rs 97 had been done. actually this was already done (deducted) on 18.08.09. again it is deducted by my account. it is not corrected yet. it is painful @ causing troble to me. kindly look into matter.
