Idea prepaid services changes its offers from time to time and nobody seems to be aware of it - neither the customers nor the customer care executives who are employed by Idea.
The customer care officials at Idea are absolutely unfriendly. Most of the ones that i've interacted with lack the basic courtesy and also don't seem to comprehend simple questions easily. They barely ever manage to answer the queries of the customers. Getting any kind of information from the custnomer care executives is a mountainous task. Some of them even have the odacity to refuse to divulge their name on being asked and further go on to hang up on the customers!! Downright unprofessional!!
Having experience with a number of telecom services, i must say Idea Customer Care service is by far the worst!!
