Idea prepaid connection
IDEA-CHEATED ME

Dear sir/mam,

I am regular customer of IDEA, but I am very sorry to say that IDEA has cheated me. I was never thought of this, that IDEA can go down upto this much with there valuable customer for just few rupees...

I have an prepaid mobile connection no.9990939776 since last year. Actually on 01.06.2009 idea network deducted rs.49 from my mobile for the service named "456 mid pack service" which i didn't activated myself. And when i call at the customer care for the above mentioned problam they just told that i activated this service on 01.06.2009 on 1.59pm.

But sir, it can't possible. Because my mobile was switched off at that time.

And after saying this.. when i just asked about the refund of my money... they just simply ignore it and said... WE CAN'T.

And I tell u sir, with very hard heart we have to maigret to another service provider. And u r the only last option for me.

So I request you please needfully check the issue & take action.
