Idea prepaid services
Unnecessary call charges

Hi,

I recently start using the Idea prepaid life time plan and sometimes I dialed desired number and phone shows it got connected but nither I nor the recepeint can able to talk to each other and no one of us able to listen any voice but the phone company charge for it. When I tried to contact Idea customer care I was never able to contact them as it always says they are busy please call after some time.
