Deducting money without customers knowledge

From past three days around Rs. 85/- is deducted from my currency without any reason.. Even without asking for missed call activation automatically it is started activated by taking 15 Rs. from my currency.. I called customer care regarding this, the lady who pick the phone did not respond properly and asked me to hold for few second.. but I waited for 10-15 min no response...

still i did not solve this problem...

Actually this has happened thrice before also.. I did not take interest to cross verify and left it as it is... but now I have to think about it... if they keep on take amount like this how it could be possible..
