Prepaid to Postpaid Migration

I have submitted my documents to Idea at my office premises regarding prepaid to postpaid migration. The person (From Idea 9985303529) enquired with worng name and it got failed... Again i submitted my documents on 20th August 09. This time another person (From Idea 9848282607) came for Verification and done on 23rd, he took proofs from my home at that time Iam not at home. Still my prepaid has not migrated into postpaid. I am in confusion from last 2days wether i have to recharge for further calls or not?
