TRACKON COURIER NOT DELIVERED THE DOCKET

Dear Sir/Madam,

Our Bangalore Branch office booked a parcel for our Delhi Office, thru Trackon Courier vide docket no.: 127580652 dated, 25.04.09, which has been reached to Mayapuri office on 26th April and due to Sunday sent back to Trackon's head office. Trackon's head office was caught in Fire on 27th April and the same docket has been burned out. All the above information we got over phone by trackon's employees. But we regret to state that after so many requests thru phone calls, we are not getting any kind of written confirmation from Trackons, which is required for insurance claim purpose.

Please treat this matter as most urgent and advise.
