PF not received

I had dully paid all the dues (Rs 9017) and doe F & F.then after after 4 months I have not received my PF.I submitted my form in Noida branch on 23rd Dec and they told me that it had been sent to your company for some reason. But the company people say that they have not received my form. Neither the PF office nor the company executives are helping me. Moreover I had been there for many times but in vain. Please suggest me.
