IFB, 5 KG DIGITAL Washing machine
Machine is stopping in between

40 Days Back I purchased a IFB make 5KG Digital Washing Machine. From the 2nd day onwards it is giving lot of problems. The machine is stopping in between, It is not moving forward from 30 mins in quick wash mode.4 times i have given complaints regarding this. But till now my problems have not been rectified. Whoom do i contact??? I already spoke to Mr. Kamal Mitra & Steaven Augasteen. But there is no proper response. This is very very bad. I need proper reply from IFB. otherwise i need to approach Consumer forum. Wainting for your Reply... Suresh Sunkara
