IFB 5 KG WASHING MACHINE
Elt to be replaced

We hv purchased the 5 KG washing machine in July and it has a warranty of two years i.e. upto July for free maintenance and also materials. Now the IFB washing machine is not running properly and the service engineer informed us that the belt is to be replaced for which it costs Rs.650/-. We have two year's warranty for both materials and also the service charges, and the warranty card assures replacement of any material at free of cost for the first two year's purchase. But your engineer want us to pay for the belt Rs.650/-.

Please advise us what to do in this circumstances.
