Machine stopped while running

Coimbatore-Tamilnadhu:

We have made a complaint on 11th july to attend the washing machine complaint ticket no:3242662 & the technician came, found some electronic board failure. He informed us that, it will be replaced in a week's two days

Even after 36 days, it was not rectified & we have spoken to coimbatore local service office Mr. Mareswaran, Mr. Damu, Mr. Sivaraj, Mr. Pandian & Mrs. Anandhi several time. Also they gave second ticket no as:3369377 on 13/8.

But till 2.30pm of 19/8, it was not attended

We need to resolve this IFB no service issue
