Washing Machine - Service Not Provided

I am using IFB washing machine from last 2 years. My washing machine is covered under extended warranty which is valid upto 10/05.

My washing machine is not working from last 2 week/. I complained on Oct 20, 08 to the call centre with complaint ID 2320580.

Since then I have made number of calls & also lodged the complaint on net but there is no response from IFB side.
